A change of narrative

from despair and fear to hope and prosperity

Much of the narrative around Climate Change and Climate Action focuses on the issues, challenges and insufficient progress we’ve made, to open a dialogue for solutions that put people and nature first.

While it is a natural and important narrative to follow, it is equally important to remind ourselves of the beauty, the wonder, and the significance of nature, cultures and people on our lives.

We must open our eyes and imagine our future, one that is diverse, inclusive, equal, fair, prosperous and abundant with life. What better way to do this than through the power of photography? They say “a picture is worth a thousand words”.

The Letters from Gaia are composed of those thousand words, with images that inspire action for change. We do not pretend to be experts in the subject, but we are committed to finding the stories, the real stories, to capture the beauty of our people and our world in a way that informs and inspires action for change. Help us capture Gaia to amplify her message to change the narrative from fear and despair to one of #hope and prosperity.
